PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION
Step 1. Cleanse your skin with the Thalgo Cleanser or an appropriate cleanser and place the sheet mask on your face.
Step 2. Hands cupped over the nose, close your eyes and breathe in. As you exhale, slide your fingertips along the cheekbones to the temples and finish by applying pressure on the temples.
Step 3. Slide along the eyebrows to the forehead and finish with pressure on the temples.
Step 4. Make invigorating tapping movements with the fingertips, from the bottom of the face upwards. Concentrate on tired areas.
Step 5. Close your eyes. Place your hands cupped over your eyes and then breathe in and apply light pressure. As you exhale, slide the fingertips along the eyebrows to the forehead and finish with pressure on the temples. Repeat all the techniques a second time.
