Q. I have a 6.5-inch mobile phone. Does it fit in Irusu Play VR Premium 2020?
A. Yes, Irusu Play VR Premium 2020 supports any mobile phones that come under dimensions 165 x 75 x 12 mm (up to 6.5 inches), would fit In, irrespective of screen size (Please make sure you remove very bulky mobile covers before inserting the phone)
Q. What is the use of Irusu Remote Controller? Do I need it?
A. Irusu remote controller is an additional device that can be used for some VR Apps to control functions like SachinSaga VR game, Hardcode VR, Youtube media control,and so on. Some of them do not require a controller and work with gaze control within the app.
Q. Why do I see double images?
A. Content when opened in VR format, it splits into two halves. The user should align the centerline of the VR headset with the middle line of the mobile as shown in the manual provided in the package. Adjust inter pupil distance (IPD) and focal distance as per your eyesight. Users can use normal spectacles with VR headset (with very few exceptions for wider frames)
Q. Why do I see a pixelated Video?
A. The VR experience depends on mobile screen resolution and content resolution. Make sure your mobile device has QHD resolution (with minimum 400 PPI or more) and try to increase the video resolution to its maximum (minimum 2K resolution works well for normal video and 4K for 360 videos). Have a good internet connection as low bandwidth gives a bad VR experience.

A.The lenses are made from Resin material instead of cheap plastic. The lenses have higher transmittance than normal plastic and have a longer shelf life.
